We process the abundant agricultural resources of the Hitoyoshi Kuma region of Kumamoto Prefecture and sell additive-free confiture, syrups, and seasonings. We would like to convey the richness that lies beyond deliciousness.
Located in southern Kyushu but one of the most foggy mountain villages in Japan, rich soil, beautiful water, and severe temperature differences produce abundant agricultural resources. We deliver this richness in a delicious bottle.
The main raw materials are given to us by local producers Mr./Ms., and the materials are made domestically. Although it is produced in small quantities of 300 units per day, it is carefully made by craftsmen with safety as the first priority.
It makes the most of the bursting freshness and aroma of the fruit, and has a shelf life of one year without using any coloring or preservatives. The taste is characterized by exoticism and balance.
