Gluten-free has become the norm as a "healthy eating option". However, in Japan, the perception that "only people with allergies eat" is still deep-rooted, and there is not enough understanding of additive-free and gluten-free.
However, in reality, the number of people who are sick due to excessive intake of wheat is increasing. One of our missions is to rethink Japan's eating habits and promote more natural and healthy choices.
