Kumamoto Prefecture's strawberry "Yubeni", which grew in the Yuyama district of Mizukami Village in Kumamoto Prefecture near the headwaters of the Kuma River, is characterized by its bright red color and dark taste. These exceptionally delicious strawberries were paired with Kanatsu, which was grown in the sea breeze of the Shiranui Sea, also in Kumamoto Prefecture's rich sea. The fragrant peel was hand-chopped into thin strips and added to the fragrance. In addition, the confiture, which is made with balsamic vinegar to add depth of acidity, is like a jam-like marmalade, gentle from the moment you put it in your mouth to the aftertaste, and continues to have a nostalgic yet complex and enjoyable taste. First of all, we recommend simply buttered toast.
