In addition, there is Mt. Kaimondake, also known as Satsuma Fuji, which is a place rich in high-quality natural water (soft water) that springs from the foot of the mountains surrounded by lush greenery, and this water has been certified as one of the "100 Best Water Towns" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
Wojinden is a soju with a mellow aroma made from black koji and a strong flavor of sweet potato. High-quality sweet potatoes from Kagoshima Prefecture, which is blessed with nature, are filtered from several hundred meters underground at the foot of Mt. Kaimon and mineral-rich soft water is used, and they are aged for at least one year to give it a rich finish. A gem that makes the most of the characteristics of sweet potato shochu
