The ingredients here are plentiful, and the vegetables and meat are delicious, but I felt that all my favorite beers tasted similar. Manus, who had been enjoying home brewing in the Netherlands since 2014, wanted to drink delicious beer with the essence of Kamiyama here as well, so he decided in January 2017.
Little by little, the two began to prepare for the opening of the brewery, but the reality was a series of difficulties. However, in July 2018, with the help of many people, we were finally able to open a brewery.
For the past few years, we have been working on making beer using wild plants that can be collected in Kamiyama.
And even now, at the brewery, we are striving every day to make it a delicious and enjoyable brewery.
