"Kobe Water Nunobiki Natural Water" is a local beer brewed with 100%.
In addition to the five standard beers, seasonal beers are also brewed using fruits and herbs grown by local producer Mr./Ms.s.
The malt lees remaining after brewing are not discarded, but are provided free of charge to local producers Mr./Ms. to be used to prepare the soil for the fields.
It is also provided free of charge to confectionery shops and bakeries, and is working on upcycling.
