Yuzu grew up in the Yunoki Gouchi district on the banks of the Mane River in Yamae Village, Kuma District, Kumamoto Prefecture. No preservatives or colorings are used, and the jar is filled with everything except the yuzu seeds and stems. The bunches and fruits that accentuate the deliciousness are carefully lined to form a beautiful transparent jelly and wrap the peel with just the right amount of bitterness and aroma. Please enjoy the crystal clear refreshment, the fragrant scent, and the gentle natural pectin texture that dwells in a spoonful. In addition to being served as a tea, it can be used as an accompaniment to toast and yogurt, or mixed with hot water or carbonated water for a drink. Also, if you add a spoonful to the vinegar thing, the gentle yuzu aroma will enhance the dish.
