We are particular about Kagoshima's agricultural products and manufacture craft beer that values the relationships spun by asking the producers. Using vegetables and fruits grown in a very small area, as well as sometimes local confectionery, we are particular about brewing unique beers that give you a sense of the region and the season.
In addition, many people with disabilities participate in the production of craft beer, including bottle art, and everyone shares the production process. In addition, we aim to create environmentally friendly products by recycling malt meal generated in the manufacturing process into feed and fertilizer in cooperation with local producers.
In this way, we are focusing on creating socially good products that are environmentally friendly together with the local community and society.
There are two product lineups: regular (standard) and seasonal (seasonal products).
At the Seasonal Line, we are taking on the challenge of brewing multiple new craft beers unique to the region every month, which is only possible because of low-volume, high-mix production.
Since we are provided with a limited number of agricultural products from the region, the production volume is very small, but it is a product that allows you to feel the sense of the season and a very small regionality.
