With a focus on support for continuing employment for people with disabilities, we are tackling social issues with new ideas and values, such as spiced curry and craft beer. In 2022, we started brewing unique craft beers that express the regional characteristics of Kagoshima and the richness of agricultural products. Kagoshima Prefecture, where a variety of agricultural crops are nurtured in a rich natural environment, stretches for 600 km from north to south. What are we doing?

We are particular about Kagoshima's agricultural products and manufacture craft beer that values the relationships spun by asking the producers. Using vegetables and fruits grown in a very small area, as well as sometimes local confectionery, we are particular about brewing unique beers that give you a sense of the region and the season.
In addition, many people with disabilities participate in the production of craft beer, including bottle art, and everyone shares the production process. In addition, we aim to create environmentally friendly products by recycling malt meal generated in the manufacturing process into feed and fertilizer in cooperation with local producers.
In this way, we are focusing on creating socially good products that are environmentally friendly together with the local community and society.

At the Seasonal Line, we are taking on the challenge of brewing multiple new craft beers unique to the region every month, which is only possible because of low-volume, high-mix production.

We manufacture three types of regular products throughout the year.
(1) Green Tea India Pale Ale (Green Tea)
At the "Hananoki Farm" in Minamiosumi Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, we luxuriously used green tea born from the cooperation between agriculture and welfare.
It is a green tea cultivated by Mr./Ms. with disabilities on a vast farm. After the bitterness typical of IPA, you can feel the aftertaste of green tea.
　
(2) Satsuma Citrus IPA (Kabosu)
This IPA uses kabosu juice regenerated from abandoned farmland in Koriyama Town, Kagoshima City.
It is not derived from hops, but the aroma of citrus itself has a sour taste of kabosu.
　
(3) kiitos Porter (cacao nibs & loquat tea)
Kanoya City's bean-to-bar chocolate "kiitos".
Porter, which uses plenty of kiitos cacao nibs, is a dark beer with a hint of sweetness and cacao-derived acidity and richness.

Who are supporting us?

We are mainly looking for unique and easy-to-drink craft beers rooted in the community, and restaurants, beer bars, and liquor stores in regional and urban areas. We have received such a response from local product halls that we have sold it as a product that should be handled by the same area, and it is sold out on the same day.
Restaurants in urban areas are also working with producers to offer pairings with fruits and vegetables, which are secondary ingredients in craft beer.
