Why don't you drink fruit tea made with seasonal fruits?
It is a fragrant sugar-free fruity taste with the sweetness of fruit. Now that the peach season is over, this is the second installment of the Japanese black tea series.
The fruits used are mandarin oranges, La France, pineapples, and kiwis, and their refreshing acidity and gentle sweetness go very well with Japanese black tea.
Japanese black tea uses tea leaves from Shizuoka Prefecture called Benifuki. While it has a plump aroma, it is less astringent and easy to drink, so it does not interfere with the sweetness and acidity of the fruit, and it fuses wonderfully.
It's easy to make! All you need to do is place the dried fruit and tea bags in a water bottle or tumbler with a heat retention function and pour 300 ml of slightly cooled water (about 60°C). No boiling water! Please leave dried fruits and tea leaves in it.
You want to drink it after at least 10 minutes, but the more time passes, the more delicious it becomes, so it is best to taste it slowly over about half a day.
After about an hour, the acidity is still stronger, and I feel that the sweetness is not enough, so I will put up with it! After more than 3 hours, the sweetness will be added more and more, so it will be a well-balanced fruit tea.
If you prefer, if you like a sour taste, you can drink it after 2 hours, and if you prefer tea with sweet fruits, we recommend 3 hours or more! Is it La France? Is it a tangerine? Please spend a relaxing tea time while feeling that.
I think the volume of the pulp will be a lot of fun, so please enjoy it with us as a teatime snack!
