I've always liked making things, so I was impressed by the work of "purchasing raw materials myself, finishing them to the ideal taste, and providing them," so I became a coffee shop.
At the beginning of the company's founding, the vision of the previous generation.
"Our goal is to create a coffee shop where people can be happy with just one cup of coffee, and first of all, we want to make the people in front of us smile."
I am the second generation, but I would like to inherit this idea and connect it with our thoughts.
This sentiment is expressed in the latter half of the vision inherited from the previous generation.
"And so that the community and all the people involved with us can be happy with the services that only we can provide, so that it will lead to Japan and the world. I want to be that bridge."
Our company has been in business for 54 years.
Since its founding, the store has been operating under the name "Tottori Coffee House" until the early days of Reiwa, focusing on cafes that focus on siphon extraction and bean sales.

While firmly holding the inherited axis, change the way it is presented,
Currently, we are operating in the style of a "roaster café" with a community-based approach that has not changed since our founding. This roaster café has a coffee roaster installed in the store, so you can enjoy the realism of the aroma and sound of roasting with your coffee.
