Margaret River Roasting Co was a barista who loved surfing, skateboarding, and coffee more than anything else, and James and CRAIG approached ISAAC, and the three of them had the idea of "Let's make a roastery!" over coffee.
At that time, coffee shops were popular in Melbourne and Sydney, but there were few shops that were particular about roasting, and from the idea of providing rich coffee with good taste, CRAIG, who is familiar with logistics and business launch, JAMES, who is good at marketing, and ISAAC, who has 23 years of experience as a barista, "coffee", "business", and " Work with colleagues" overlapped, and the brand was born. They opened a small espresso café using their own beans and started as a wholesale coffee roasting business in 2016.

Initially, the company imported, roasted, and wholesaled specialty grade green coffee to cafes and restaurants in the Southwest, but over the years, the vision expanded to focus on training, education, mentorship, and tourism. Currently, we are looking for new opportunities as we grow, and we continue to stick to the origins of coffee roasting.
