We select green beans that have a higher standard than the standards set by each country.
To this end, we order samples of green beans from reliable sources and purchase only those that we are satisfied with.
We don't use any green beans that we are not satisfied with.
Of course, I try to visit the production farms in advance.
In addition, I try to interact closely with the local people and learn more about their feelings for production, the characteristics of the coffee on the farm, and the production area.
■ About roasting
We use the roasting machine on the first floor of the factory at the head office to roast.
The roasting machine used is a large roaster from Fuji Royal that can roast 60~70kg of beans at a time.
Since the roasting time and humidity suitable for each bean differ, it is difficult to get the best condition in one roast, and roasting techniques are required.
More than 50% of the taste of coffee comes from roasting.
Roasting requires careful adjustment depending on the condition of the kiln of the day, the weather, temperature, and all kinds of environments of the day.
We roast every day with the utmost attention to all the factors that affect the taste.
In order to stably deliver the taste that has been popular for nearly 50 years, we carefully protect and inherit the roasting technology that we have cultivated over many years.
■ About Blend
Multiple brands are blended in the state of raw beans.
It has a harmonious, unified, mellow and deep taste.
The degree of roasting of the beans = the color will be the same, so you will be able to choose the coffee with your favorite roasting degree.
Since it is difficult to adjust the balance of flavors later, we carefully assess the condition of the green beans and the ratio of brands at that time.
