When the restaurant opened in 2011, if there was a healthy taco rice that does not use meat, I would like to eat it!
From everyone's thoughts, veggie taco rice using island tofu was born.
After that, I wanted to make it easier to deliver that taste, so I commercialized it in the form of a retort.
