[Two types of tea are available according to the living scene]
There are two types of tea in Kamiruiru: [East] and [West].
・Kyogen Rice Tea Kamiru Iriru [East]
[East] is a tea made by blending Uji sencha with binchotan charcoal charcoal roasted rice cakes. With a color reminiscent of the early morning sun shining through the trees and a refreshing scent, we wanted you to start your day with this tea.
Uji sencha is made from those picked around Ujitawara-cho, the birthplace of green tea. The natural environment suitable for tea making and the wisdom and ingenuity of the producers accumulated over a long history nurture the unique flavor of this area. In order to make the most of its characteristics, we finished it with the "young steaming method" in which freshly picked shoots are steamed in the shortest possible time.
The clear green color, refreshing mouthfeel without miscellaneous taste, and refreshing aroma go perfectly with the gentle aroma of binchotan charcoal charcoal roasted rice cakes.
・Kyogen Rice Tea Kamiru Iriru [West]
[West] is a tea made by blending stem hojicha with binchotan charcoal charcoal roasted rice cakes. With the sunset-like color and soothing scent, we hope that you will relax with this tea at the end of the day.
For the material of stem hojicha, we select only the stems of tencha, which is the raw material of matcha. By roasting the tender stems that are carefully grown and have plenty of flavor, a vivid amber color and elegant aroma are created.
While snuggling up to the delicate aroma of binchotan charcoal charcoal roasted rice cakes, the unique flavor of stem hojicha stands out. It's a breath of relief, and it's a cup of relief.
[East] For both types, a skilled tea master at the Ujitawara Tea House blended tea leaves and roasted mochi in the best balance. Each one is packed in a tea bag, so you can easily enjoy the same deliciousness. Please enjoy it according to your life scene.
