[Two types of tea are available to suit your daily life]
There are two types of tea: [East] and [West].
・Kyogen rice tea Kamiru Iru [East]
[East] is a tea blended with Uji sencha and binchotan charcoal-fried mochi. The colors and refreshing aroma reminiscent of the dawn sky are filled with the hope that you will start your day with this tea.
Uji Sencha is made from those picked around Ujitahara Town, the birthplace of green tea. The natural environment suitable for tea making and the wisdom and ingenuity of producers accumulated over a long history nurture the unique flavor of this region. In order to make the most of its characteristics, we finished it with the "young steaming method" that steames freshly picked sprouts in the shortest possible time.
The clear young grass color, refreshing mouthfeel without any unpleasant taste, and the refreshing aroma go perfectly with the gentle aroma of binchotan charcoal-grilled mochi.
・Kyogen rice tea Kamiru Iru [West]
[West] is a tea blended with stem hojicha and binchotan charcoal-grilled mochi. The sunset-like color and soothing aroma are filled with the hope that you will relax with this tea at the end of the day.
The material for stem hojicha is only the stem of the tea mill, which is the raw material for matcha. By roasting the soft stems that have been carefully nurtured and stored in plenty of umami, a bright amber color and an elegant aroma are created.
While snuggling up to the delicate aroma of binchotan charcoal-grilled mochi, the unique flavor of stem hojicha stands out. It's a breath of relief, a cup of heartwarming.
【East】 【West】For both types, the skilled tea masters of the Ujitahara Tea Factory blended the tea leaves and fried rice cakes to create the best balance. Each one is packed in a tea bag, so you can easily enjoy the same deliciousness. Please enjoy it according to your daily life.
