At first, it didn't dry well and turned into caramel, so I made a lot of mistakes. Therefore, as a result of visiting the sake brewery many times and consulting with them, and as a result of trial and error in the process, we arrived at a method of slowly drying the ingredients at low temperatures over time, crushing them, and turning them into powder. While working as a hairdresser in my day job, I developed my own method of powdering while trying and failing night after night, covering my house with sticky saccharified sake lees.
