〖Pancakes〗
Pancake mix: 200g
Soy milk 200cc
Mix the ingredients well and blend well every 1~2 minutes. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and bake for 3~4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with fresh almond butter and honey or maple syrup, if you like.
* If you use eggs, make 200cc of whole egg + soy milk, add 200g of pancake mix, mix well and blend for 1~2 minutes before baking. It is OK to replace soy milk with cow's milk.
〖Cookies〗
200 g pancake mix
Soy milk 150cc
3 tablespoons raisins
3 tablespoons coconut oil
Mix all the ingredients, scoop it up with a spoon and place it on a baking sheet in the oven while shaping it, then bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. It will also be delicious if you substitute raw almond butter for coconut oil.
〖Steamed bread〗
200 g pancake mix
Soy milk 150cc
3 tablespoons raisins
