We will refrain from the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers that are harmful to the ecosystem, and prioritize agricultural products grown on land that has not used synthetic pesticides or fertilizers for more than three years.
Priority is given to domestic raw materials
In order to increase the food self-sufficiency rate of Japan, restore the soil, and maintain the traditional food culture, we will prioritize the use of domestically produced agricultural products. If it is difficult to do it domestically, we will use overseas products.
Traceability
We use produce that can be traced to the point of origin. We believe that identifying production areas will lead to the visualization of producers and ensure safety and security.
Make it as natural as possible
Due to our commitment to safety and security, we do not use additives such as synthetic preservatives, chemical seasonings, artificial sweeteners, colorants, emulsifiers, and antioxidants.
No genetically modified ingredients
In consideration of safety doubts, environmental pollution problems due to crossbreeding, and seed preservation issues, we do not use "genetically modified agricultural products" or "genetically modified unsorted agricultural products".
