It is a company that sells the products of the soy sauce brewer "Niigata Prefecture Soy Sauce Cooperative Association" in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. We have a deep relationship with restaurants and ramen shops, and we create flavors that are appreciated by restaurants.
In addition to the special soy sauce, the umami of the Sea of Japan such as "white dashi of tobi fish", "white dashi of nodoguro", and "tobi fish ponzu" is contained in liquid seasonings.
There are many long-established restaurants in the local area that serve "Nagaoka Ginger Soy Sauce Ramen", and our company's unique ramen soup and spicy miso on top of miso ramen are popular.

In 1973, the Niigata Prefecture Soy Sauce Cooperative Association was established through the collaboration of 18 soy sauce breweries in and around Nagaoka City in Niigata Prefecture, inheriting the history of soy sauce production for 400 years.
We will continue to inherit the know-how of manufacturing soy sauce, sauce, and liquid seasonings along with the food culture that changes with the times.
We will contribute to regional revitalization by using ingredients as close as possible, such as soy sauce made from the snow of Niigata, dried fish from the Sea of Japan, and white dashi made from dried fish from the Sea of Japan, and by sealing the umami in a liquid.
