About sweeteners
Most of the foods in the store contain sugar. I don't feel like sugar is bad at all, but sugar not only sweetens but also gives richness and umami to food. At the same time, calories and sugars are also added.
Sugar is highly addictive, and it is said that if you become addicted, you will become desensitized to sweetness*. The same goes for sweeteners that are calorie-off and have a strong sweet taste.
KOREDE's products try to have a natural taste without sugar or sweet, calorie-free sweeteners as much as possible.
About solubility
Proteins have the property of becoming hard when heated. Although it will be harder, it is not thought that the absorption rate will be worse, but rather that the absorption rate will be higher.
It is sometimes said that COREDE's protein soup is a little less soluble and that other companies' products are easier to dissolve.
In order to make proteins feel more soluble, they often contain fats such as powdered fats and sugars such as dextrins. So it's something other than protein that is dissolved.
COREDE's protein soup is mainly made with vegetable powder. Vegetable powder is just a powdered version of vegetables, so it absorbs moisture easily and hardens easily. Some vegetable powders use additives to make it easier to dissolve, but at COREDE, we try to use as few extra ingredients as possible.
About additives
The additives contained in foods are defined by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and we believe that they are not so bad as long as you do not take too much.
However, food nutrition is still a new discipline and there are many things we don't know, so at COREDE, we try to avoid using additives other than vitamins and minerals as much as possible.
