At OLDFLIP, we almost never buy clothes from individuals, but we have been working to re-introduce clothes that would otherwise be discarded into the market, such as buying used clothes in bulk that are difficult for other companies in the same industry to sell on their own, and collecting clothes that are no longer needed at home.
As we proceeded with our business, we began to question the fact that the image of second-hand clothes as "cheap" had taken hold.
I want to add more value to second-hand clothes, and I want fashion lovers to enjoy fashion more with their own one-of-a-kind clothes. With that in mind, we launched "zivun".
I chose this name because I wanted to create a brand where many people who have their own clothes and their own personalities come together to create works and express their own "zivun".
At our company, designers who are already active and students specializing in clothing are involved in this business.
I would like designers to experience new creativity using second-hand clothes, and students to experience a simulated experience of having the responsibility of making and selling before going out into the world.
