[Our bottled lemonade]
"Eat" lemonade made at the entrance of the World Heritage site "Miyajima Exit" using Osaki Kamijima lemon
Aged for 1 week / 5 kinds of Japanese Sanbon sugar and only cypress / No water / Preservative-free
It is a handmade lemonade that has been carefully selected.
Washing, cutting, sorting, bottling, etc.
Currently, we do all of this lemonade by hand.
However, I do not believe that all handmade products are good.
I am often impressed by mass-produced products.
The reason why I insist on making this product by hand is that
Because this product can only be made by hand.
If you just make lemonade syrup using simple Hiroshima lemons, I think you can do it in large quantities more easily.
However, for me, the purpose of the product is to experience "tasting the whole lemon of Hiroshima in our own way".
We don't want to make a product that half-heartedly compromises that purpose.
Therefore, we face lemons and think about what is best when we create products.
I believe that going straight to that point is the sincerity of lemons and products.
