And soy protein is widely available as a filling and easy-to-handle ingredient, and although it is popular among consumers mainly women in Japan, the number of products claiming to be SOY FREE is increasing overseas, and some are concerned about the effects of hormonal balance.
Therefore, while incorporating the merits of each, we have prepared products that cover the problems and satisfy the taste and nutritional balance.
In addition, the agricultural products that are the origin raw materials are GMO-free (non-genetically modified). We use safe raw materials that can be traced back to the producer.
