First of all, when making beer, it is thorough not to take shortcuts. It does not use any artificial additives such as so-called "natural flavors", and uses carefully selected hops and malts, in-house developed yeast, and the latest brewing technology to achieve an incredibly rich taste. For example, there is an IPA using the double dry hop manufacturing method and a PA that combines 7 types of hops and 7 types of grain, and the lineup is developed that will make craft beer fans roar. We release new limited products every year, constantly pursuing innovation and diversity.
In addition, the logo of the "eye", which is the symbol of BRULO, is inspired by Japanese poster art from the 1960s. This is also a symbol of "awakening", "living in the present moment", and "clear consciousness". In terms of design, we value an experience that excites the hearts of drinkers.
