I have been a salt lover since I was a child, and I was so fond of salt that I made salt crystals for free research during the summer vacation and carried my salt with me to school. By chance, I had the opportunity to live in Bali and came across the salt pans of Tejakula. I came across a traditional natural salt that has been completely sun-dried for more than 500 years, and I saw that this traditional salt pan was decaying due to young people going out to the town for hard labor.
I want to protect this beautiful salt pan. I returned to Japan with that in mind.
"Salt" is a precious thing that is indispensable for human life. It's not a case of low salt.
We hope that you will know the real "salt" and that it will be useful for your health.
Good salt, good life.
