We also develop scented products and fashion items suitable for Hayama style
HAYAMA AROMANCE proposes a lifestyle centered on fragrance. Therefore, we directed two types of scents: "Le Rivage," a transparent scent inspired by the seaside of Hayama and the sea in the south of France, and "Imperial villa," a noble scent reminiscent of the gardens of the Hayama Imperial Residence and the sun-soaked Mediterranean forest.
"Le Rivage" is inspired by actress Audrey Hepburn, and "Imperial villa" by Grace Kelly. The core perfume is blended by fragrance professional Hinao Mori, who is also a director of the Japan Association for the Promotion of Perfumery Technology.
We mainly develop products that use 100% natural scents that are particular about the production area, but in addition to diffusers, scented candles, hand creams, etc., tassels and tote bags using a high technology called "sashiko weaving" are also popular.
HINAO MORI (81 years old)
In 1975, he traveled to France to learn the basics of perfumery at the fragrance school of the fragrance company Rule du Pont in Grasse, southern France, which is said to be the mecca of fragrances. Starting with the memory of more than hundreds of scents, including basic natural fragrances, synthetic fragrances, and bases, he trained in the harmony of smells with the accord of various flowers such as jasmine and rose, and then went on to learn how to make bases and imitate famous historical incenses. Since then, he has been active as a creator of original scents.
Time passed slowly, and above all, the whole city was enveloped in fragrances, and the breeze blowing was fragrant, and I was nurtured by this wonderful air of Grasse, and I honed my sensibility as a perfumer. He has more than 50 years of experience in perfumery, and is also involved in fragrance awareness activities as one of the directors of the Japan Association for the Promotion of Perfumery Technology (JSPT).
