This is the third year of the project, and with the cooperation of the local organization "Ota City Forestry Friendship Association" and local residents, we are producing essential oils and herbal water from harvesting to distillation.

Students who attend a correspondence high school in the city are also in charge of distilling work as a part-time job in between their studies.

We do not have a shift system, and while coordinating with the flower harvesting team, we have a system in which people who can take a break at any time when they don't feel like it, and those who can do it are in charge.

The essential oils of the product not only heal the mind, but also aim to "not overdo it" in the manufacturing process.

"Baekjepo Algae Salt" is made using seawater from Daejeon City and burning it with firewood for two days.
