Our shop opened in Tsukiji in the 13th year of Taisho as a specialty store of raw noodles.
At first, we were a shop specializing in raw noodles, but since the opening of the Tsukiji market, we have responded to customer feedback, learned the production of Kyosei fu and Kyoyuba, and have been refining our skills to this day.

At the time of our restaurant's opening in 1924 (Taisho 13), the main raw noodles in Tokyo were "tsutofu", which had been popular since the Edo period, but from before the war to after the war, as chefs from Osaka and Kyoto began to work in Tokyo, the demand for the use of "Kyosei fu" and yuba increased, and in order to meet this demand, we gradually began to manufacture "Kyosei fu" under the guidance of chefs. Also. For Yuba, we invited craftsmen from Kyoto to teach us their manufacturing techniques and started manufacturing.
About 100 years have passed since then, and now that we have less contact with the traditions of Japan, we are still operating as a company that delivers high-quality raw noodles and yuba to everyone.
As one of the leading specialty stores in Tokyo for both raw fu and yuba, we have received orders from many customers and have the largest production volume. Even after the center of food shifted from Tsukiji to Toyosu, we have set up a store in Toyosu Market and continue to strive to provide high-quality products to our customers.
