Cocoa powder is usually added with alkali to make it closer to neutral, making it mellow and pleasant to drink.
By alkalizing, the original elegant acidity and bitterness of cocoa disappear.
In order to preserve the original taste of cacao, we make cacao powder by hydraulic pressing of cacao mass and separating it from cocoa butter and cocoa components.
Since it is untreated alkali, it is difficult to dissolve in water and the original nutrition (polyphenols) and flavor of cacao are intact.

・How to use
● Rich cocoa: Add 1~2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (about 15~25g) to 150g of boiling water, knead well until there are no lumps, and stir. It is easy to mix while warming in a pot.
After that, add warm milk (20g~50g if you like) and sugar (optional) and enjoy. Even if you use condensed milk instead of cow's milk, it will be mellow.
