About 40 years ago, Uneno's proud dashi pack was marketed as a packed soup before anyone else. It is carefully shaved using a unique manufacturing method, and then turned into powder through a three-step process of crushing and grinding. Finally, kelp powder and shiitake mushroom powder are blended with an original formula.
