In case of defective products or incorrect delivery
In the unlikely event that there is a defective product or incorrect delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after the product arrives.
If you do not contact us, we may not be able to accept your return or exchange request.
In addition, please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened once (except in cases where the product is found to be defective after opening) or products that are defective at the customer's responsibility.
