Please note that we may refuse returns and exchanges in the following cases.
⚫︎ When [7 days or more] have passed from the date of arrival of the product
⚫︎ Products processed by the customer (hemmed, name inserted)
⚫︎ Products that were clearly worn, not tried on
⚫︎ Washed and cleaned products
⚫︎ If the product is damaged, soiled, or lost
⚫︎ Products that have an odor, stains, or scratches at the customer's place
⚫︎ Products purchased at stores and other sites
⚫︎ Products that are marked "cannot be returned or exchanged" on the product page
⚫︎ If the condition at the time of return is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery (including accessories)
⚫︎ Products that have lost the price tag (tag) or accessories of the product
⚫︎ Products that have been returned without prior application from the arrival of the product without permission
⚫︎ Exchanged products
⚫︎ For orders that have already been refunded, we cannot accept additional returns.
