It's simply delicious. With the aim of making coffee "a coffee that makes everyone happy," we are working on sustainable cultivation methods with low environmental impact on farms in each country.
We are particular about not only fair trade but also "neighborhood", and the roasting is handled by a roastery in Kyoto, where Sisam Kobo is located, and we are also working to reduce energy costs.
The most popular is the "Neighbors Blend", which is a blend of beans from four countries. The bittersweet taste of coffee is followed by sweetness, and it is truly a bitter mild coffee.
In the summer, the delicious "medium roast" is also a hot seller even if it is iced coffeeThat's right. Compared to "deep roast", it is lighter to drink and has a refreshing aftertaste. It's perfect for one cup in the morning to wake up your body.
