Laura Chica (CHILA BAGS owner / Creative Director) Born in Colombia in 1989. From an early age, he was fascinated by the colorful colors and culture rooted in Colombia, and after graduating from university in the United Kingdom, he studied design at Espacio Buenos Aires, a fashion school in Argentina. Her passion for fashion eventually led her to turn to traditional knitted bags made by the indigenous people of her native Colombia. He visited the Wayuu people living on the peninsula in northern Colombia many times, took the time to negotiate directly with the makers, and established CHILA BAGS in 2103. The many original designs are CHILA BAGS originals that infuse Laura's young sensibilities with the traditional techniques of the Wayuu people.
