WING MAKER's leather processing technology by laser cutting is a technology that fully supports manufacturing, but the leather may become dirty due to burning by the laser and smoke emitted during baking.
 
Compared to cutting molds, there are many issues. In the past, we heard from people who tried laser cutting leather, but they gave up due to cost and instability in processing. It seems simple, but it is this natural leather laser control that is profound.
 
 
Since we are dealing with natural tannin-tanned cow leather, it is necessary to adjust the power of the laser according to the thickness and type of leather.
Depending on how the design drawings are made and the type of data, there is a risk that the laser cutting time will increase, and the cost of mass production of the product will be enormous.
 
In order to solve these problems, we select processing according to the individuality of the leather, understand the characteristics of the laser equipment, and optimize the laser output parameters with dedicated software. If you do not check all of these, such as the density of the leather, the type of processing (soft type or hard type), and the difference in hardness depending on the part of the leather, you will not be able to achieve a beautiful cut.
