Kesennuma City, located along the coast of Tohoku, is very rural and does not have a robust medical system. I have seen many people who are in trouble because the hospital is too far away, or who are waiting until the evening because there are not enough hospitals.
 
Many "physical disorders and troubles" are caused by the hardness of the body. In fact, there are many things that can be managed without going to the hospital.
When you feel a little uncomfortable, you can reduce the pain and improve your posture by stretching yourself.
 
If stretching at home becomes commonplace, it will be possible to help not only the patients in front of you, but also those who are suffering from physical ailments and troubles in rural areas across the country. With that in mind, I quit my job at the hospital and started distributing videos on YouTube, which can be transmitted to the whole country, with the goal of "reducing the number of people who are in trouble with their stiff bodies to zero."

In order to manufacture the first domestically produced "protein bars", in June 2021, after searching all over Japan for several months, we started working with a domestic workshop (welfare office) in Tohoku that can manufacture high-quality bar fabric. SDGs initiatives for welfare through product manufacturing are unprecedented even if you look all over Japan.
