【Indonesia Mandelin G1】
The mandarin currently being handled is a G1 grade mandarin produced at an altitude of over 1,000 meters near Lake Toba in North Sumatra, Sumatra, and has a smooth, rich richness and a unique strong bitterness. These are high-quality coffee beans grown in fertile volcanic ash soil caused by the eruption of Mount Toba, and are picked (remove defective beans) to meet strict standards by skilled local pickers.
By the way, Mandarin also has a G1 grade for standard beans, but this product is a specialty class mandarin.
We recommend the medium dark roast ~ dark roast, which allows you to enjoy the unique spiciness of mandarin and the mellow and rich richness. Iced coffee is also available in hot weather.
It is recommended for those who do not like acidity or those who like rich coffee.
The basic roasting at our store is a slightly deeper city roast (medium-dark roast) that does not bring out too much of the characteristics of mandarin and allows you to enjoy just the right amount of richness, bitterness, and spiciness, rather focusing on ease of drinking. You can enjoy the heavy depth and unique earthy taste of mandarin in a single-origin way, or you can try your own "mandarin blend" with other beans.
