Who are supporting us?
"The ecosystem of the land, the dialogue between people. In between, there's beer."
We met a craft beer brewery in Portland, Oregon, USA
Delicious beer is produced by artisans, bringing people together, creating communities, and creating towns
Witnessing such a scene, I fell in love with brewing
Since then, I have aspired to open a brewery in Inami, Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, a land that creates beautiful things and has a spirit that makes people clean and lively
The skills of a former vintner, with small-scale brewing
We aim to co-create brewed sake that makes you feel the "terroir" that is packed with the culture that is born because it is a place and a person
Through brewing, we connect people and things and create cross-border exchanges between cultures, fostering a diverse community that is prone to mutational challenges
Let's drink the blessings of the land without hesitation!
Commitment to the product
Based on the theme of "indigenous brewing"
We aim to make sake that allows you to feel the terroir of the land by incorporating local water and raw materials.

NAT. Under the theme of indigenous brewing, BREW has focused on local sales for the first two years since its opening, aiming to be a brewery loved by the local community.
Our liquor is by no means a product that will appeal to everyone.
Our current business partners are mainly sake stores and restaurants in the prefecture that sympathize with our sake brewing.
There are many general customers who enjoy the world view of NAT.'s unique indigenous brewing that is not bound by trends, and at present we are almost limited to sales in the prefecture.
Taking advantage of the former winemaking technology, we aim to make a one-of-a-kind sake that makes the most of the individuality of the town of Inami without being swept away by trends.
We would like to move forward together with customers who understand our efforts.
