「From Seed to Cup」
Coffee, which requires a consistent system, process, and quality control at all stages from coffee beans (seeds) to a cup of coffee, is the specialty coffee we handle, and we are responsible for the "roasting" stage in it.
What we can do is roast "good" green beans "carefully and properly" and provide them to our customers in the best condition.
Material-Seed-
We purchase green coffee beans from several reliable trading companies.
First, we order samples, roast and cup, and select the beans to be offered to our customers.
Roasting
Our roasting is also used in the world roasting competition.
This is the roasting machine "WA-1" from Giesen in the Netherlands.
With a semi-hot air type, the heat storage capacity of the kettle is wonderful, and even at low heat, it is possible to roast the beans to make the most of the individuality of the beans without impairing the flavor of the beans.
After roasting, we carefully remove defective beans from the roasted coffee beans by hand picking, and provide our customers with only delicious beans.
