「sesameoil Premium Black」
It is an extremely luxurious black sesame oil made by squeezing extremely rare domestic black sesame seeds (from Komagane, Nagano Prefecture), which is said to have less than 0.1% of market distribution, with the skills of Kyoto craftsmen, who have one of the best oil pressing techniques in Japan.
Despite the smooth mouthfeel and no miscellaneous taste, the rich aroma spreads. As it is, it is a magic black sesame oil that makes any food delicious with a small amount of only 2.3 drops.
Recommended usage
2.3 drops for ice cream, whitebait (seafood) bowls, salads, tossed dishes, and cold dishes.
1 or 2 drops in a pack of natto and egg-covered rice.
2.3 drops in grilled meat and dumpling sauce, noodle soup, and Chinese soup.
2.3 drops to finish the noodles such as chilled Chinese and mixed soba noodles.
Spread it smoothly on sushi for flavor.
Add skewers or tempura.
Add sesame oil salt and add boiled shrimp, octopus, scallops, steamed chicken, etc.
Try it with a variety of ingredients.
