I started working in 2011 at Tsunoyoshi, the family business.
I was attracted to the philosophy and the overwhelming quality of the food I was making, and decided to take over the business.
Having actually been involved in Tsunoyoshi's manufacturing, I developed a sense of mission that this should be passed on to future generations, and I actively disseminate thoughts and information, and in particular, I am actively holding events to spread the ancient "dashi culture" of Japan and the "spirit of cleansing" that makes use of materials.
There have been many difficulties, and even now, I spend my days feeling great joy that I am able to work as a representative of Tsunoyoshi.
I've always liked to be involved in food, and I feel that it's a real blessing to be able to connect with people through the "food" that I love, whether it's eating, cooking, cooking, or utensils.
I hope that the connection between food will expand from Tsunoyoshi and become a trigger for someone.
From now on, I will continue to do work that I am not ashamed to involve my precious family (my mother, daughter-in-law, eldest daughter, and second daughter).
