< Farm Information>
The "RED ASSOCIATIONS" brand was born in May 2017 through a meeting with small producers in Pitalito and Hulia.
This project is an initiative to return the value-added process of drying and parchment selection to producers, as has been done in the past, rather than selling wet coffee to third-party dryers. We have invested in a drying station, established a sample roasting, QC, and cupping lab, and opened up a more value-added specialty coffee market to RED ASSOCIATION members.
In addition, with the increase in lot quality, we have introduced a system for future purchases and a minimum guaranteed price. Member farmers are engaged in investment activities to further improve quality.
