Canned mackerel is recommended to have a soy sauce flavor.
It uses fish and a lot of oil to recreate a North Indian-style curry.

(1) Canned mackerel (soy sauce flavor recommended) 2 pieces
(2) 1 onion
(3) 1 potato
(4) 100-150ml of water
(5) 1 teaspoon grated garlic (you can use a tube!)
(6) 1 teaspoon grated ginger (tube OK!)
(7) 2 tablespoons oil
(8) Spiced curry mackerel can 1 bag
➈ 1 sachet of dried mint (enclosed green leaves)
◼️recipe
・Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1cm square sticks or wedges.
Chop the onion or cut it into slices.
・Heat oil in a frying pan (medium ~ high heat) and fry the onion and potatoes.
・Fry the onion until golden brown, then add garlic and ginger.
・When the garlic and ginger are cooked, reduce the heat to low, add the powdered spices and stir all over and fry over low heat.
・When the spices are blended throughout, add a can of mackerel and water and bring to a simmer (high heat).
・When it boils, reduce the heat to low ~ medium and simmer for about 10 minutes.
・Serve on a plate and sprinkle with dry mint on top!!
