Founded in the 50th year of the Showa era, with the motto of "handmade sincere taste shigure", we cook ingredients one kiln at a time over an open flame with a secret homemade tamari that is the deciding factor in the taste. Please use it by all means.

We purchase raw tamari from a tamari shop and make it with a mixture that is not open to the public.
Our unique tamari is finished in a salted plum with just the right amount of rich flavor and sweetness.

A small amount is cooked every day, but by cooking it over an open flame in a small pot of about 60 cm, craftsmen while assessing the climate of the day.
The ingredients do not boil down and have a deep umami and sweetness.
