Because we go directly to the coffee production area and are involved in coffee cultivation together with the producers, this café au lait base was created to value the taste of coffee beans. Don't let the coffee lose to the sweetness of sugar and the richness of milk. But it's not too bitter, mild, and easy to drink. We made a series of prototypes to achieve just the right balance, and it was completed. It is also delicious with plant-based milk such as soy milk instead of cow's milk. Plant-based milk is less rich than cow's milk, so if you reduce the amount of coffee a little, you will get a well-balanced café au lait.
