[Chardonnay with a deep taste by two-stage aging]
The wines have a gentle shade of pale gold tinge and a luxurious aroma typical of Burgundy Chardonnay.
The first thing you notice is the balanced fruit flavor and sweet spice aroma. It is packed with scents such as white peaches, pears, apples with nectar, and citrus fruits such as lemons that will brighten your mood.
Gradually, the scent derived from the barrel such as almonds, vanilla, and cream appears. The scent of ripe apples and flint is beautifully mixed with it, giving an elegant impression.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the rounded acidity, and it is summarized so that it envelops the entire taste. The thick texture is surprisingly smooth.
The residual aroma also has a moderate sense of ripeness and spices, and you can feel the strong fruit flavor. The acidity, texture, umami, fruitiness, and ripeness are all excellent and well-balanced.
The secret of this taste lies in two stages of aging.
Alcoholic fermentation is first carried out in stainless steel tanks, and then aged in the same tank with fine, high-quality slag for 6 to 8 months. After that, it is transferred to old barrels and aged for about 3 months, giving the whole wine a roundness and elegant barrel aroma.
The aroma, taste, and mouthfeel are all very gentle, and it has a highly satisfying taste as an introduction to Burgundy Chardonnay.
