Craft Curry Brothers was founded by brothers born as the third generation of the food manufacturing industry, which has been in business for 55 years.
The brothers lived together when they were in their early twenties, but they were busy with their busy lives. Each of them lives a life of eating rice from a convenience store in the middle of the night and going to bed every day.
In the meantime, I started cooking for myself only when my parents' company sent me curry made in pursuit of "deliciousness" and eating with them. That led my brother to think, "This is the time to eat."
I had a strong desire to spread the curry that had created this opportunity to the world and to make food a more meaningful time, so I decided to start a business and sell curry. At first, my father was against it. He said, "If it's not a curry that I made to sell, it's not a business because the cost is too high." However, I continued to persuade my father for about a year and founded the company.
Our goal is to be the best curry company in the world.
This is a dream. The chances may be less than 1%. However, as long as it is not 0, I will continue to try.
Japan's food industry has matured.
No matter where you go in the country, there is no such thing as something that is bad no matter what you eat.
However, the reality is that this is why newly created foods with aspirations are buried.
It has become an industry where metabolism is difficult to occur.
I think that if there is no metabolism for both humans and industries, inconveniences and problems will occur. This is a natural providence.
However, that does not mean that you should step back. You have to have the ability and the weapons to break into the great big companies that exist.
Curry, which is also the national dish of Japan, is our weapon.
And I hope that it will be a stepping stone to become an industry that makes food that is better for people and the environment from a consumer's perspective.
