グルテンフリーやヴィーガン対応のお菓子を探していて、気になったのでサンプル取り寄せさせていただきました。
丁寧に作られている感じが伝わってきましたし、どれもとてもおいしかったです！
解凍後も7日間日持ちするので、販売商品としてもかなり扱いやすい気がします。
今回は我々の店舗設備の問題で仕入れには至りませんでしたが、環境を整えていずれ仕入れできたらと考えております。

チョコブラウニー、ベイクドチーズケーキ、それとバスクチーズケーキを購入させていただきました。
どのお菓子も、濃厚な風味で絶品です。
特にバスクチーズケーキは、しっかりとクリームチーズの風味がありつつ、あっさりとした後味で、何個でも食べれます。
私たちのお店の土地柄で、海外からのお客様が多いので、その美味しさと、グルテンフリーな点で大好評です。予想を上回る売れ行きです。
バスクチーズケーキの大きさもちょうど良く、それぞれが個包装ですので、管理もしやすいです。
