What you need to prepare
・Coffee: 20g (medium grind)
・Hot water temperature: 90°C
・Amount of hot water added: Approximately 260 ml (excluding steaming)
・Dripper: Hario V60
Hot water is poured in 4 doses.
1) Pour about 20 ml of hot water so that the entire coffee grounds are soaked, and let it simmer for 35 seconds.
2) Pour 100 ml into the middle of the dripper. (Approximate time: 1 minute 45 seconds)
3) Pour 80 ml, similar to 2. (Approx. time: 2 minutes 15 seconds)
4) Pour the remaining 60 ml or so of hot water. If you don't drop all the hot water and extract 250 ml to the server, remove the dripper and you're done. (Approximate time: 2 minutes 45 seconds)

By quickly dropping it to some extent at a high temperature, it brings out the sweetness while retaining the relaxed feeling that is characteristic of Thai coffee.
