◆ About mixing ◆
Mamma Naturals' raw almond butter does not use additives such as emulsifiers, so over time, the almonds will precipitate, and the oil will float little by little. There is no problem with the quality, but if you use it while the oil is floating, the product will gradually become dry, so mix well every time before eating.
< recommended way to mix>
Use a butter knife or other straight, hard spatula-like object.
(1) Insert the floating oil vertically about 10 times so that it drops downward. (If you stir suddenly, the oil will spill out.)
(2) When the oil sinks, repeat "insert the spatula and twist" several times.
(3) When the almonds and oil are blended, mix until creamy with a spatula up and down again.
* Lumps tend to remain in the corners of the bottom of the bottle, so be sure to mix the bottom thoroughly.

However, when I returned to Japan, I couldn't find almond butter anywhere, so I decided to make it myself through trial and error.
In fact, most almond butter in the United States is just ground almonds into a paste, and it is common to add sweetness with jam and other ingredients. But if I was going to make it, I wanted to make it easier and more delicious to eat, so I added salt, oil, and brown sugar and arranged it. Although it has a faint sweetness, it has a taste that you can eat every day without getting tired of it. The quality is so good that even the real Americans rave about it, saying that it is "the best I've ever eaten." It is a dish that Mamma Naturals is proud of.
◆ Eco Package ◆
We use glass bottles with a high recycling rate and metal lids for containers to reduce plastic. The label is chemical-free and does not use adhesive stickers.
