サンプルを3点購入させていただきました。 共通して言えるのは、3点ともエコロジーな包装で、瓶に紙の包装と麻紐という、 最小限の包装でありながら、可愛さもある、生産者さまのこだわりがしっかり伝わってきました。 未開封の状態で、賞味期限が長いのも嬉しいポイントです。 ジンジャーガーリックソースは、トンテキや生姜焼き、ドレッシングに使わせていただき、 少量で味がしっかり付くため、2人暮らしですと、220gで十分な量がありました。 冷蔵庫での長期保存が気になることを考えると、もしかしたら 2人暮らしで使用頻度を少し増やすか、4人暮らしのご家庭だと短期間で使い切れる サイズ感かなと感じました。 生アーモンドバターは、初めていただきましたが、素材そのもののシンプルな味わいが とても印象的でした。 甘さ控えめなので、はちみつや果物など、甘いものと合わせても相性がよさそうです。 ツバキラベンダーオイルは本当に良い香りで驚きました。 さらっとしたオイルで、全身に使えるのも嬉しいです。 まだ開封したばかりですので、しばらく使ってみてから改めて注文させていただこうと思っています。 一点だけ、別売りのポンプがうまく取り付けられず断念しました。 (私のやり方の問題かもしれません、すみません) サンプルが購入できる点、少量から注文できるところが、エコな観点からも 駆け出しの店主としても、本当に有難く感じています。 今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
